I enjoyed the clear and concise instruction of this book. It was not a long book but it told me what I wanted to know in a straightforward and brief fashion. I also enjoyed the beginner exercises that they give you in the book. They were fun and and sculpted my lower body as well as ramping up my cardio. I gave it four stars because I did not see any pictures to make sure that I was following the instructions correctly and I think that would have made the book better. I would definitely recommend this book for the novice stepper.Product details

I read this interesting book fully.benefited a lot from the workout plan.The information provided in this book is very new especially grepvine movement,vsteps.
Read this book togther with the Trim my tummy to flat ....works well together and tried myself personally.
This book is well recommend for people to try and do it yourself the way.
Exercise is about the correct mindset and overcoming the body stress. I believe so and will continue trying.
Ever since I read this book on step aerobics, I have stopped going to the gym and also jogging which is very time consuming.
Instead I have been doing step aerobics at home as a alternative exercise saving me a lot of time for other commitment.
I would recommend this book with a complete plan of step aerobics to anyone as an alternative to other exercise.
Don't waste your time or money on this pamphlet, which is unfortunately shallow and inconsistent at best. You are better off spending slightly more to buy ACE's Step Training by Sabra Bonelli, which I wish I had just re-read. I usually get atleast one good take away from any fitness book, but with this one I only realised anyone can say anything and sell a book. Another suggestion is to just watch Step routines on YouTube or buy a Step DVD instead.

Even for beginner like myself, step aerobics suit my pacing. I also find it ideal for my busy lifestyle as most workout session are less than an hour. These low impact but high in intensity moves let me burn all the unwanted calories. I like the "10 basic moves" chapter, where the description of each move is concise and "to-the-point".
